Internship: Design Driven Test Improvement

Design Driven Test Improvement (D2TI) aims to optimize existing production test programs with special focus on integrating semiconductor design knowledge.
Your area of work will contain:
- Analysis of the **existing test program **(e.g. test sequence, instrument connect/disconnect cycles, waiting times,...)
- Update of **test program documentation **with focus on D2TI requirements
- **Automation **or **part-automation **of the test program analysis and documentation
- Investigations and experiments for **improvement **of **general test routines**:
- Evaluation of **test hardware **with focus on D2TI

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months
You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of
**Test Engineering **,
**Electronics **or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Like to **dig deep **into **technical items **until they are understood
- Are passionate about being on a **continuous learning curve**:
- Enjoy **creative thinking **and **sharing ideas **or **opinions**:
- Team up easily with colleagues of **multiple backgrounds, nationalities **and **disciplines**

- Highest completed educational certificate (Matura certificate for Bachelor students, Bachelor certificate for Master students)
