**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**CATEGORY MANAGEMENT**

Im Internationalen Category Management Team wirst du eng in die Umsetzung erfolgreicher Kategoriestrategien in all unseren globalen Märkten eingebunden sein. Das beinhaltet die Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Märkten, die Nutzung von Shopper
- und kommerziellen Erkenntnissen sowie Trends, um wertsteigernden Inhalt für unsere globalen Plattformen zu erstellen und Category Management Projekte mit Einzelhändlern zu unterstützen. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil dieser Rolle wird die Koordination mit lokalen Teams auf der ganzen Welt sein, die Unterstützung bei Shelf Space Reviews und dem Global Category Training umfassen.

**INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**

In unserem International Key Account Team wirst du umfassende Erfahrungen in den verschiedenen Vertriebskanälen und bei Kunden sammeln - sowohl aus Sicht des Headquarters als auch aus Sicht der einzelnen Märkte. Du unterstützt das HQ-Team bei der Analyse von Verkaufs
- und Shopper-Daten, hilfst bei der Entwicklung von Konzeptverkäufen sowie Präsentationen für Kundenverhandlungen und unterstützt außerdem beim jährlichen Geschäftsplanungsprozess durch Informationsbeschaffung und Feedbackvorbereitung. Darüber hinaus hast du die Möglichkeit, eigenständig an speziellen Projekten im Bereich der Kundenertragsfähigkeit und des Omnichannel-Key-Account-Managements zu arbeiten. Du wirst eng mit den lokalen Red Bull Teams aus der ganzen Welt zusammenarbeiten und Best Practices für bestimmte Kanäle und Marktcluster fördern.

**SALES ANALYTICS & BUSINESS APPLICATION**

Angesichts der Expansion unseres Unternehmens besteht ein steigender Bedarf an Analysen sowie der Einführung eines neuen Sales Execution Tracking Tools. Daher wirst du in Analyseprojekten involviert sein, überzeugende Datenvisualisierungen erstellen und Erkenntnisse bereitstellen, um den wachsenden Anforderungen unserer On Premise-Vertriebsabteilung gerecht zu werden. Zusätzlich wirst du eng mit dem Team zusammenarbeiten, das für die Implementierung und den weltweiten Rollout des neuen Sales Execution Tracking Tools verantwortlich ist. Diese Gelegenheit eröffnet dir die Möglichkeit, das Wachstum und den Erfolg von Red Bull durch den Einsatz deiner analytischen Fähigkeiten zu fördern und bei der Einführung innovativer Tools zu unterstützen.

**ON PREMISE DISTRIBUSTION & KEY ACCOUNTS**

Im On Premise Key Account und Distribution Team wirst du dabei unterstützen, unsere wichtigsten globalen Key Account-Partner zu managen und gleichzeitig an der Gewinnung, Verwaltung und dem Wachstum anderer etablierter globaler und regionaler Partnerschaften zu arbeiten. Unsere Gesamtstrategie und Partnerschaften weltweit müssen profitabel, effizient sein und eine kontinuierliche Entwicklung unserer Marke gewährleisten. Du wirst dafür verantwortlich sein, globale Vereinbarungen zu sammeln und zu verfolgen sowie die verfügbaren Datenquellen zu optimieren. Außerdem wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der jährlichen Geschäftsplanung spielen, indem du die Planungsvorlage anpasst und verbessert und aussagekräftiges Feedback aus den Märkten sammelst.

**EVENTS & FESTIVALS**

Das Global On Premise Events & Festivals Team leitet die globale Event
- und Festivalstrategie und unterstützt lokale Red Bull Teams bei der Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Third-Party Event-Inszenierungen sowie inspirierender B2C- und B2B-Veranstaltungen. Du wirst eng mit anderen On Premise Teams aus dem Headquarter sowie den lokalen Event
- und Festivalmanagern zusammenarbeiten, um aus erster Hand die globale Strategie und Projektumsetzung zu erleben - angefangen von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Ausführung inklusive Vermarktung und Content-Erstellung. Eine wichtige Aufgabe in dieser Position wird darin bestehen, das HQ Events & Festivals Team bei verschiedenen Projekten mit Guidelines, Berichterstattung sowie Erkenntnissen zu unterstützen, während du auch eigene Projekte vorantreibst.
