- Support customer projects, and research process by preparing and selecting flavours, offering guidelines related to flavour modifications and maintaining data relevant to flavour portfolio, according to EH&S policies and our needs.- You will be located in Vienna, reporting to the Application Manager Savoury and Snacks. You can join us with a 1-year long fix term contract.**You will**:

- Main Responsibilities Flavour Application- Prepare flavoured food products for customer projects, presentations and research projects
- Select flavours for projects according to specified requirements (i.e., customer,
- regulatory, legislation, cost)
- Help with tasting sessions and presentations to customers/visitors
- Data Management- Manage flavour data and recipe documentation for food Products.
- Maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in
- finished product and capture of profiles
- Environmental Health & Safety- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment following EH&S policies

**You**:

- Polytechnic or B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or Master’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology
- related area
- Knowledge of most of our customers’ products and their production processes
- Experience with financial aspects of flavour selection (cost-in-use, margins)
- Tasting skills and ability to describe the flavour profile of the product and provide
- direction to flavourists for flavour Modifications
- Experience with the most common flavour reactions/interactions in common food products
- A basic understanding of project management
