Dann komm zu uns - als Cost Controller übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Kostenkontrolle, analysierst betriebliche Kennzahlen und sorgst dafür, dass unser Unternehmen wirtschaftlich erfolgreich bleibt.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

- Kosten überwachen & analysieren - von Betriebsmitteln bis Personalkosten;

- Berichte & Analysen erstellen - inklusive Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen;

- Einnahmen kontrollieren - korrekte Verbuchung sicherstellen;

- Monatsabschluss & Budget unterstützen - enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung;

- Kennzahlen weitergeben - relevante F&B-Daten an die Teams kommunizieren;

- Einkaufsrichtlinien & Lager verwalten - Abläufe optimieren und Bestände kontrollieren;

- Audits & Bestandskontrollen durchführen - Abweichungen erkennen & Maßnahmen setzen;

- Food Cost & Wareneinsätze überwachen - Buchungen und Lagerbestände prüfen;

- Preise optimieren - wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Restaurantpreise festlegen;

- Rezepturen & Standards verwalten - präzise Kalkulationen sicherstellen.

Profil

Das bringst Du mit:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Hotellerie, Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling oder ähnlichem;

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie;

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzplanung, Budgetierung und Kostenkontrolle,

- Beherrschung von Hotel-Management-Systemen (z. B. Opera, Fidelio, oder Micros) und Buchhaltungssoftware;

- Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel;

- Verständnis der spezifischen Anforderungen und Kostenstrukturen der Hotelbranche;

- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil;

- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Implementierung von Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen und Effizienzsteigerungen.
