Sustainability Marketing Intern

This role empowers you to drive engineering marketing initiatives, uncover the value of Hilti innovations, and collaborate across teams, turning data into impact through hands-on analysis and compelling storytelling. Your insights will help build a more transparent, resilient industry. This is ideally a full-time mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) with a fixed duration of six months. We are specifically looking for candidates who are required to complete a Pflichtpraktikum as part of their academic program.

What You’ll Bring

- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program in Engineering or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Civil, Structural, Environmental Engineering or Sustainable Marketing
- Already gained practical experience in companies and may have already had your first practical contact points in a marketing department
- Familiarity with construction industry workflows and stakeholder roles (nice to have)
- Knowledge of sustainability metrics such as Life Cycle Assessment and CO₂ footprint
- Interest in marketing content creation and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented work style
- Need to complete a Pflichtpraktikum as part of their academic program

You will be classified under the collective agreement for the metal trade and compensated in accordance with the regulations for mandatory internships (Pflichtpraktikum). For the first two months of a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) within the same company per calendar year, the monthly compensation is €1,534.67 gross. From the third month onward, the monthly compensation increases to €1,918.34 gross.
