Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Head of Group Operations (m/w/d) What you can expect: - Independent orchestration of the group-wide operations strategy process together with the units responsible for operations - Promotion of group-wide cooperation in various formats, such as the Operations commUNIty and the Advisory Board - Responsibility for group-wide operations performance management, including top management reporting and technical implementation - Supporting local operations units with transformations and projects - Operational responsibility for operations performance management in Austria - Driving process optimization in Austria - Close cooperation with top management in all UNIQA countries - Leading and developing a strong, growth-oriented team We expect: - Completed degree, preferably with a background in economics and/or quantitative subjects - Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of management experience - Relevant professional experience - Technical expertise in strategy, process optimization, and performance management - Strong communication skills, including with top management stakeholders, and high resilience - Insurance knowledge is an advantage - Very good written and spoken German and English skills At UNIQA, we embrace diversity and consciously foster different perspectives in our teams and leadership positions.
