Job Description
Über die Rolle:
Als Maschinenverantwortliche*r sind Sie Teil des Produktionsteams das die termingerechte sterile Abfüllung im GMP Umfeld (Good Manufacturing Practice) sichert. Sie verantworten das Einstellen, Befüllen und (Um-) Rüsten der Produktionsanlagen und überwachen die Abfülllinie in verschiedenen Reinraumklassen.
Ihr Einstieg in die pharmazeutische Produktion wird von erfahrenen Kolleg.innen und unserem Schulungsteam begleitet. Sie werden langfristig geschult und qualifiziert und erhalten einen hervorragenden Einblick in die verschiedensten Produktionsprozesse. Erfahren Sie HIER mehr
Das bewirken Sie:
- Befüllung, Einstellung, Umrüstung und Überwachung von automatisierten Produktionsanalagen
- Verantwortung für die sterile Abfüllung in verschiedenen Reinraumklassen
- Wartung, Instandhaltung, Reparatur und Störungsbehebung
- Probenzug und mikrobiologisches Monitoring
- Mitwirkung bei Ursachenforschung (zB bei Abweichungen oder Anlagenstörfällen)
- GMP gerechte Dokumentation
Dafür bringen Sie mit:
- Technische Ausbildung ( z.B. Mechatronik, Elektrik, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, KFZ Mechanik) oder anderweitig erworbene technische Kenntnisse
- Hohe technische Affinität und Interesse an steuerprogrammierbaren Anlagen
- Versierter Umgang mit neuen Technologien
- Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Hygienebewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit: (Mo-So, 3 Tage Frühdienst 6-14:40, 3 Tage Spätdienst 13:30-22 Uhr, 3 Tage frei, keine Nachtschicht)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 2.700,94 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie). Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
