You have experience in providing technical support to provision, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues on network infrastructure for LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, Firewalls? In your new role you will:

- Provide technical support to provision, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and configuration issue on network infrastructure for LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, Firewalls
- Day to day operation tasks such as resolve incident tickets and change requests
- Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning in network infrastructure
- Document operational processes and procedures
- Liaise with application groups on various projects and other system support requirements
- Participate in projects and new setups like site expansion Projects- define and provision network design active & passive network infrastructure
- Provide on call support
- Work in a global virtual team

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of network experience preferred
- Knowledge of Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology
- CCNA or CCNP Certification will be an added advantage
- The ability to read, write and speak German & English fluently, including technical concepts and terminology

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F (). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
