Job Description
Über die Rolle:
Die Abteilung Maintenance Formulation, Filling & Floseal ist für die Wartung und Störungsbehebung der pharmazeutischen Produktionsanlagen verantwortlich und stellt damit einen reibungslosen, qualitativ hochwertigen Produktionsprozess sicher.
Das bewirken Sie:
- Vorbeugende Instandhaltung an pharmazeutischen Anlagen, sowie CIP-Anlagen und Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen
- Fehlersuche und Behebung von Störungen an elektrotechnischen bzw. regeltechnischen Komponenten oder auch mechanischen Defekten.
- Tausch und Reparatur mechanischer Komponenten
- Kalibrierung von Messmittel und Alarmüberprüfungen
- Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen (PLS) und Siemenssteuerung S7/S5
- Sicherer Umgang mit Chemikalien (z.B. Säure-/ Laugenkonzentrate,…)
- GMP-gerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation entsprechend den Vorschriften
- Administrative Tätigkeiten und Auftragsmanagement (JDE, RAM, Excel)
Dafür bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, oder Ähnlichem
- Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Produktionsanlagen / Anlageninstandhaltung
- Genaues Arbeiten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Verständnis für die hohen hygienischen Anforderungen einer pharmazeutischen Produktion (Reinraumklasse A)
- Hohes Verständnis in Bezug auf Arbeits- und Anlagensicherheit (EHS)
- Arbeitszeiten Mo-So in einem attraktiven Schichtmodell oder NUR Nachtschicht So – Fr. Der Schichtplan steht für das gesamte Jahr im Vorhinein fest.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Hohe Eigenmotivation Neues zu lernen und am Stand der Technik zu bleiben

Für diese wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 3.307,50 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie). Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
