Lead System & Enterprise Architect for Software Portfolio w/m/dIhr Aufgabenbereich

Als Lead System & Enterprise Architect (w/m/d) sind Sie bei uns für die Qualität unserer Softwarearchitektur im Bereich IODP (Integrated and Open Development Platform) verantwortlich. Sie leiten Modernisierungsinitiativen, entwickeln Unternehmensarchitekturprinzipien und stellen eine modulare Informationsarchitektur sicher. Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Architekt:innen zusammen und nutzen Ihre Kenntnisse über die IT-Landschaft, die Cloud und verteilte Systeme, um die Brücke zwischen Geschäfts-, Informations- und Technologieaspekten zu schlagen. In Ihrer Rolle tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Operational Excellence unseres gesamten Softwareportfolios bei.

  • Leitung der Weiterentwicklung unseres Softwareportfolios mit Schwerpunkt auf Unternehmensbereitschaft und operativer Exzellenz
  • Leitung und Führung der Modularisierungs- und Modernisierungsinitiativen einzelner Anwendungen
  • Entwicklung der Portfolio-Architektur zusammen mit unseren technischen Leiter:innen und Architekt:innen während der Phasen unseres skalierten agilen Entwicklungsansatzes
  • Funktion als Sparringspartner:in für Anwendungs-, Lösungs- und Systemarchitekt:innen, Coaching und Entwicklung der Architekturfähigkeiten innerhalb des Architekturkapitels
  • Leitung, Koordination und Beitrag zum AVL-Architekturkapitel/Guild
  • Vorantreiben von Architekturinitiativen rund um die digitale Transformation
  • Umsetzung der 6 ISAQB-Kernaufgaben von Architekt:innen auf Systemebene (höhere Abstraktion) zusammen mit Anwendungs-, Lösungs- und Systemarchitekt:innen in den verschiedenen Domänen
  • Vorantreiben der Transformation unserer Systeme in Richtung DevOps und SaaS
  • Implementierung und Unterstützung von Architektur-Reviews mithilfe der Architecture Trade Off Analysis Method
  • Implementierung und Leitung von Technologie-Scouting, Verwaltung der Technologie-Roadmap und Bewertung der Technologierisiken
Ihr Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Software-Produktentwicklungsorganisationen und internationalen Umgebungen
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als System-/Unternehmensarchitekt:in
  • Erfahrung in der Produktsoftwareentwicklung und Anwendungsmodernisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Datenarchitektur, Integrationsmustern und -praktiken
  • Erfahrung in SaaS, DevOps, Service Mesh und Automatisierung 
  • Erfahrung mit MASA/SOA und ereignisgesteuerten Architekturen
  • Erfahrung in agilen Softwareentwicklungsumgebungen (SAFe)
  • Ausgezeichnete Eng­lisch­kennt­nisse (Deutsch ist von Vorteil)
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft (Kund:innen, Entwicklungszentren)

Jahresbezug: Aufgrund des österreichischen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes sind wir verpflichtet, den für diese Position vorgesehenen Jahresbezug (Vollzeit) als Verhandlungsbasis anzugeben: €95,000.00 brutto. Die Einstufung erfolgt lt. Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte der Industrie (Fachverband Fahrzeugindustrie). Wir bieten aber auf jeden Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
