The Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner will report to the Head of Work, Health & Safety - This is a critical role, with a focus to provide tools and resources that support a safe working environment across the warehouse in Yennora and corporate office in Sydney CBD. This role is an exciting opportunity to dive deep into Operations processes; identify risks through data and first-hand experience; build and execute programs, and improve processes to eliminate risks; and influence our people leaders and employees to sustain a culture of safety.

In this role you will report to the Head of Health & Safety, you will be a key agent of change to support the business Health & Safety strategy in preventative Health & Safety.

What we are looking for
- Relevant qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety
- Experiences in logistics or Fulfilment environments desired (specifically with automation technologies)
- Experiences managing HS management systems (ISO 45001)
- Experiences with HS metrics and data analysis
- Experiences reviewing and inputting to critical risk assessment and project work streams
- Experiences with serious Incident Investigation methodologies (ICAM preferred)
- Work on key strategic and programs to support overall H&S strategy
- Support HS governance and forums
- Coaching business Leaders to achieve a leadership culture
- Experience with change management and work in dynamic environments
- Supporting injury management and return to work outcomes
- Passionate about implementation safety related optimisation projects and facilitate implementation
- Demonstrated knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and practice
- Experience in developing WHS documentation and procedures
- Ability to facilitate face to face training sessions
- Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills to manage projects, caseloads and priorities
- Knowledge of workers compensation management desirable
Crucial to the success of this role is the ability to work effectively in and across multi-functional teams and interface with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, based in various locations, whilst maintaining a high level of work ethic and being able to work autonomously and being passionate about driving our company’s performance through keeping our people healthy enabling them to thrive.
