Progression to take inbound enquiries - Using the skills and knowledge gained from your training of BizCover’s business insurance products to ensure that the customers are getting the right cover for their business - Maintaining a high standard of communication to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who engages with BizCover (whether they become a customer or not) - Driving Sales and making sure KPI’s are met - Adhering to all legislative and quality assurance components
