What if you could put the customer at the heart of everything you do? We are currently seeking two (2) Customer Service Specialists. The ideal person for this role will be flexible in their approach and have a strong focus on Customer Service. As we embed a customer-focused strategy across everything we do, you'll have an opportunity to drive innovation and real change that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our members. and our community. \* You must have the flexibility to work anytime from 8 am to 8 pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday and occasionally from 8 am to 4 pm (AEST) during Saturday/Sunday.
