You will be able to provide your expertise and experience to help grow yourself as well as others in our practice, mentoring fellow architects and being an active part of the Deloitte architecture community. Now, more than ever, this is the space to truly make an impact in a challenging role. ** ** **About you** We are looking for someone with: - 3 to 6 years’ solid and demonstrable experience in driving banking implementation with focus on technology solutions - 3 to 6 years’ experience in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment - Strong Experience in complex projects in one or more of the following capacities: solution designer, solution architect, technical business analyst - Strong experience in one or more of the following areas: core technology modernisation, customer onboarding, lending transformation, payment and cards management (NPP, BPAY, DD, APN). - A strong analytical mindset supported by a quick learning ability to deliver quality outcomes with pride. - Demonstrable experience in influencing key stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes - Business storytelling, workshop design and facilitation and strong presentation skills - Superior communication and collaboration skills with experience communicating across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - A natural flair for teamwork, proactivity with willingness to get your hands dirty and get things done and values success of the team. - An understanding of banking technologies including cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or domain-based integration - one or more certifications in Cloud solution Architect or/and BIAN is high desirable If you meet several of the requirements but not all, we encourage you to submit your applications.
