**Your role with us:** Reporting directly to the Payments and Fraud Manager, while also working alongside the Head of Payments for strategic planning, you will bring your expertise to play a critical role in examining the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and security of Easygo’s online payment platforms. Through building reports, writing reviews, and analysing patterns and trends across our payment systems, your expertise will be essential for Easygo’s future. You will monitor transactions and make recommendations to the wider Payments & Fraud team all to optimise our payment journey, routing and facilitate the implementation of new or existing payment methods. Additionally, you will be protecting our business against fraud and chargebacks. You will also communicate regularly with our internal customer support and product teams to review transactional payments and address any issues with our third-party providers. **Who are we?** At Easygo we proudly stand as a prominent service provider to a powerhouse of brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com and Twist Gaming. Click play, on your career today **What you will do: ** - Continually assessing and analysing payment checkout conversion rates to identify bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement. - Regularly reviewing transactional costs associated with different payment methods and gateways to ensure optimal cost-efficiency. - Regularly reviewing potential fraudulent behaviour and transactions to ensure we are blocking these fraudulent transactions. - Regularly communicate with third-party providers and online payment gateways to ensure seamless transaction processes and address any identified issues. - Investigate and recommend new payment methods to expand into new geographical regions or improve service in existing ones, by complying with industry regulations and standards. - Investigate fraud trends and recommend processes and strategies to block these bad behaviours. - Conducting market research to identify payment and fraud trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory considerations in different regions. - Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track the performance of various payment methods, conversion rates, and costs to mitigate payment risks. - Prepare details reports and dashboards to track the cost of fraud, identify fraud trends and show chargeback rates. ### **What you will bring: ** - Extensive experience in Payments, Finance, or related analytical role - Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating payment conversion rates and costs - Familiarity with a variety of online payment aggregators, platforms, and gateway services - Ability to strategize and implement payment and fraud systems on a global scale ### **Bonus points if you also have:** - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field - Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of online payments and fraud in various regions - Experience in the gambling or e-commerce industry - Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira ### **Some of the perks of working for us:** - EAP access for you and your family - Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform - Paid volunteer day - Two full-time baristas who will make your daily coffee, tea, fresh juices and smoothies for FREE - FREE daily catered breakfast - Massage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this - Team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on Fridays - Fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consoles - 'Help Yourself' Cold Drinks Fridges and massive Snack Walls on every working level
