**About You** As the first point of contact for Dicker Data, you will have strong customer service skills to ensure sales-related enquiries and issues from our customers are addressed professionally and with care. You are driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can demonstrate your desire to help people. Bring your administrative experience and organisational skills to this dynamic and fun team. **What you will do in the role** - Manage inbound phone calls and direct them to the relevant team/person when required. - Assist with basic product price and stock availability enquiries. - Trouble-shoot and resolve order-related queries with deliveries, ETAs, and freight etc. - Assist with order entry as required. - Assist with order management administration including customer payments, following up credit holds and post-sales activities. - Manage the Customer Service inbox. - Lead by example and assist other team members where required. - Take all reasonably practicable steps to maintain the health and safety of yourself and others, and to minimize risks. - Follow Dicker Data’s policies, procedures, and reasonable instructions always.
