**Job Description** **The Role** Join our Environmental Impact and Assessment Planning team, working alongside industry leaders to provide technical insights into environmental planning, assessment, and management. Contributing to a variety of projects that balance the demand for infrastructure and environmental impacts in renewable energy, water and transport sectors. You will promote best practices when working with multi-disciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, drafters, projects administrators, contractors and clients'. **You will develop skills in:** - Conducting environmental assessments. - Navigating approval pathways under Commonwealth, State and Local frameworks. - Supporting our client's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Initiatives. - Embedding sustainable development and resilience outcomes within our projects. - Assisting in stakeholder consultations with teams of scientists, engineers, drafters, project administrators and contractors. **Our Graduate Program** Our 2-Year Growing Professional Skills Program is designed to help build your career at AECOM and ensure you are equipped with a strong foundation to transition into a professional role at the completion of the program. **What our Program offers:** - **Freedom to Grow:** thrive in our culture of opportunity, trust, and performance. We do consider mid-year finishers, as long as you have graduated and are able to commence by July 2025. - An Interest in environmental planning and impact assessment - Submission of your resume, cover letter and the latest copy of your academic transcript (please submit all as one document). - You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
