**The Opportunity ** We are seeking an experienced **Associate - Project Management** to apply their leadership and deliver skills to deliver solutions directly with clients and join our growing Advisory team in **Melbourne.** Our highly dynamic team of project managers (PMs) requires another quality problem solver to join our ranks. In this role you will work directly with clients to manage and lead a variety of exciting projects in collaboration with our talented team. You will have an interest and experience working on Airport, Infrastructure and Power (Energy) projects and you will have been exposed to a range of engineering and professional services disciplines over time. What’s essential to your success is your proactive attitude and flexible and futurist thinking. **This role offers:** - The opportunity to lead projects and deliver high quality work in direct collaboration with our clients. - Work across the entire project life cycle from Business Case development through to Design, Procurement, Construction and Operation. - Access to industry leading specialists, including across the Airport, Infrastructure and Power (Energy) sectors - To partner and engage with industry stakeholders. - An opportunity to mentor and guide junior-intermediate PMs. - Opportunities and support to help you achieve your career goals and develop professionally. **About you** The ideal candidate will possess proven project management delivery and leadership capabilities and a track record of successful project delivery. Furthermore, you will have a passion to develop and mentor junior and intermediate team members and the drive to pursue core and growth opportunities in our focused markets. To be considered for this opportunity you will require: - Well-developed understanding and capabilities of project management principles with the ability to lead projects across various sectors. - Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships both externally and internally. - An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to project management and/or engineering. - A positive and tenacious attitude with an ability to make things happen and alignment with our company purpose to “Make Everyday Better”.
