What success looks like in this role: _The position will be a Subject Matter Expert on Software distribution & Patch Management and AVD management. Hands-on experience in software deployment & Patch rollout via systems Management tools like Config Mgr., Intune, etc. Troubleshoot infrastructure & client issues to ensure compliance on rollouts. Custom reporting capability is a must. Asses, Plan, and upgrade systems management tool to ensure its evergreen and new features are explored._ _Responsibilities and Accountabilities:_ - _Candidate with 8 to 11 Yrs. Strong experience in Software Distribution and Patch management using SCCM / Intune _ - _M365 workload in initial setup & breadth/depth mode for AVD_ - _Device provisioning & retirement setup_ - _App provisioning & app attachment for the provisioned users._ - _Custom imaging ISO for AVD and period update methodology_ - _In-depth knowledge of personal / pooled mode along with capacity planning._ - _Hands-on other systems management tools like SCCM / Intune would be an added advantage_ - _Good understanding of the W365 licensing model_ - _Hands-on Experience on Microsoft Intune preferred_ - _Handling co-management & Modern device management is an added advantage_ - _Execution of Enterprise support processes including Incident Management/ Problem Management /Change Management /Service Request Management /Asset & Configuration Management 6 to 8 years of experience in engineering, building, and supporting a large heterogeneous multi-data center computing environment. _ - _In-depth work stream experience like Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis, and resolution of Deployment failures._ - _Detailed Infrastructure knowledge including Server troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience on SCCM current branch / Legacy versions _ - _In-depth understanding of all SCCM concepts like SCCM Roles, Boundary configuration, site assignment, Client installations, etc._ - _Awareness of recent technology changes of all System Center Products. _ - _Awareness of SCCM V-Next and Windows 10 Servicing._ - _Demonstrated proficiency with Designing and Deploying Microsoft products in an Enterprise environment. _ - _SCCM Asset Reporting and Reporting Software Usage, Maintain Deployment Calendar and License Validation process._ - _In-depth knowledge of Client OS (Windows 10/11) and Troubleshooting. _ - _Responsible for escalation management, communications, and management of production system problems._ - _Knowledge on other deployment tools like Altiris, and LANDesk (Ivanti) will be an advantage._ - _Windows & Mobile device management via Intune_ - _Conditional access policies & Autopilot persona management skills_ You will be successful in this role if you have: _Necessary skills:_ - _NV1 Security Clearance is required._ - _Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management_ - _Experience in managing large-scale transition projects_ - _Ability and willingness to take direction from team Lead, SDM, and Client Executives_ - _Ability to work in a team environment_ - _Able to adapt to a changing technical environment_ - _Ability to coach other members of the team in their area of expertise_ - _Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users_ - _Ability to work with a sense of urgency_ - _Customer-facing presentation and consulting skills_ - _Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell_ _Certifications:_ - _ITIL Foundation (optional), _ - _Certification in Configuration Manager & Intune (Optional in case of Good knowledge)_ - _AVD certification_
