As a Technology Lead, you are responsible for providing a set of services specific to Infrastructure technology and hosting including management of Data Centres, Networking, Telco Services, Storage, Backup, Compute, Virtualisation and be part of the extended Tech function enabling the constant evolution of the Bank systems. This is a leadership role within Infrastructure Tribe, designed to grow and develop the Private Cloud team and provide accountability for the management of the related Infrastructure technologies and related services. You foster a DevOps & agile working environment, believe in cultivating innovation, modernising technology & running the technology to high standards ensuring that the Banks’s systems meet the agreed Service levels for availability, risk measures and support business outcomes. **What you’ll do** - Work with other tribes to improve and implements new solutions, negotiating priorities and workloads. Committing to deliveries outcomes and timelines. - Influence to manage compliance and security improvements, you will work closely with the risk and Security team to ensure the perimeter security and compliance with the standards are a high priority. - Negotiate with vendors and partners to ensure technology, services and strategy are in sync. - Work with SRE to ensure capacity, performance and problems management are in line with ING SLAs.. - Work with the off-shore management team to improve capabilities or remediate services gaps. - You are responsible to support audits and other risk assessments. Including local and global regulatory requirements. - And, most importantly you will catch up with your team and peers to build relationships and rapport. **What we’re looking for** - Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience supporting high availability virtualisation & compute, storage & backup, networks & security, data centres. - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience supporting critical infrastructure in a leadership role, specifically IT infrastructure focused. - Experience with strategy forecasting and infrastructure project execution. - Demonstrated experience working with vendors and service providers to achieve excellent service outcomes. - Exposure to Cyber Security frameworks, such NIST, ISO. - Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management at Senior Management level **What’s in it for you?** - Drop everything and learn with over 16,000 professional and personal development courses to choose from - Discounted ING Health Insurance - An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing - An IMPACT day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity
