About Us The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal. About The Role \* Undertakes analysis at the direction of unit manager; \* Design new Power BI reports and dashboards where needed and troubleshoot or amend the current ones appropriately; \* Respond to data requests using VCAT Azure Datawarehouse to extract data; \* Develop effective relatioships with stakeholders, with the ability to engage and draw out the needs and requirements of the stakeholders and to negotiate win - win outcomes in the delivery of the services; \* Provide independent data quality checks for other staff members in the unit where its needed. About You \* A bachelors degree or higher in the relevant discipline area of information systems, statistics and/or mathematics is desirable; \* Highly developed knowledge and skills in designed and developing reports in Power BI; \* Extensive demonstrated experience of working in rational databases and azure datawarehouse; \* Ability to program in SQL; \* Well developed communication skills, written and oral; \* Knowledge of VCAT operations and policy is advantageous.
