Check out our glass door reviews.** ** **The Role:** **Technical Support**: Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware and software issues. **System Setup**: Assist in the setup, configuration, and installation of new hardware and software. **User Account Management**: Help with creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and permissions. **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems related to laptops (Windows and Mac) **Documentation**: Maintain and update records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets. **Security Practices**: Follow and enforce security protocols to protect organisational data and systems. **Asset Management**: Track and manage IT assets, including inventory control, equipment allocation, and ensuring proper documentation of all assets. **Training**: Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on using IT systems and applications. **You ** Key Skills/Experience Required - Experience in IT administration. - Cloud Computing: Azure or AWS - Security Practices: Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, firewalls, endpoint security, and SIEM tools. - Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automating tasks. - Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system and network issues effectively. - Help Desk Experience: Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow for IT support. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills. Technical Proficiency should include: - Operating Systems: Proficient in Windows and macOS system administration. - Google Workspace: Experienced with Google Workspace administration and management. - Security Tools: Skilled in using CrowdStrike and Netskope for security management. - Scripting Languages: Knowledge of PowerShell and Bash is advantageous. - Identity & Access Management: Experienced with OKTA and Azure AD for user and access management. - Device Management: Proficient with MDM tools such as Kandji,
