**What you will do in the role** - Assist with business unit (vendor and customer) custom reporting and analysis - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to design reporting and data analytic dashboards - Utilise BI Tools to create dashboards and reports - Maintain and update BI dashboards and reports, including data inputs - Perform data transformation and cleansing of existing and available reports as per reporting needs - Profitability and GP analysis and tracking which requires working closely with the Sales & Product teams - Effectively manage claims, accruals, rebates and ensure timely payments for business unit - Assist with inventory planning for business unit, if and when needed - Drive efficiencies for the BU by way of automation and process improvement - Consistently meeting and exceeding company/business unit KPIs/targets - Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to relevant staff within the business unit Desired Skills and Experience **What you will need to succeed in the role** - **Distribution, retail or brand experience essential** - Relevant university degree in business analytics, finance, accounting etc - Data visualisation, Business Intelligence and reporting skills required - Advanced Excel Skills (Power Pivot and Power Query) - Proactiveness, operational excellence, problem solving skills - Strong mathematical, research and analytical skills. - Able to work well in a team as well as autonomously - Can work under pressure - High attention to detail - Multi-tasking and excellent prioritisation skills - Problem solving and implementing process efficiencies **Our Benefits** - A highly competitive salary package depending upon experience - Hybrid and sustainable working environment - Staff only on-site gym & weekly corporate fitness classes - A selection of freshly prepared lunch options provided daily - Free on-site parking and electric parking stations - A relaxed, modern office setting with smart casual dress - Access to discounted banking, superannuation and health insurance offers via our corporate partners - Company paid parental leave scheme - Employee Assistance Program - On site school holiday program for children of Dicker Data staff
