Our team operates out of our fabulous CBD office (conveniently located near many transportation options). Key job responsibilities • Partner with campaign owners to define media strategy, target audience, budgets and optimal assets/formats for creative development. • Ensure there are clear objectives with robust measurement in place in order to assess performance. • Plan and execute innovative, effective and holistic media strategies and tactics. • Manage end-to-end execution, including campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, links etc. • Monitor and analyse key media metrics and optimise in real time to maximise impact. • Deliver post campaign reporting, with detailed dashboards, learnings and insights. • Develop a robust learning agenda that helps us drive step change improvements in performance over time. • Raising POs, budget management and reporting. ## BASIC QUALIFICATIONS \- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience \- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements \- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns \- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams ## PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS \- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) \- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting \- Experience with a range of digital media buying tools and platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, and paid social platforms.
