**Job Description** **The Role** Our General Civil team focuses on delivering civil engineering solutions across multiple sectors including aviation, rail, defence, road and urban spaces. Our team regularly works with government agencies, authorities, and private clients. You will provide engineering services throughout the project lifecycle, from masterplan to operational phases. **You will develop skills in:** - Preparing detailed designs and specifications for water and infrastructure projects. - Conducting technical analysis during both design and construction phases to ensure project success. - Preparing and reviewing technical reports necessary for regulatory approval. - Developing proposals, progress reports, and technical findings for clients and stakeholders. - Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives. **Projects include:** Bradfield Aerotropolis, MetroNet (ALUA), Civil Engineering Support City of Sydney, Hawkesbury-Nepean Valley flood resilience, Sydney Trains Panel, Bankstown Airport Masterplan **Our Graduate Program** Our 2-Year Growing Professional Skills Program is designed to help build your career at AECOM and ensure you are equipped with a strong foundation to transition into a professional role at the completion of the program. **What our Program offers:** - **Freedom to Grow:** thrive in our culture of opportunity, trust, and performance. We do consider mid-year finishers, as long as you have graduated and are able to commence by July 2025. - Submission of your resume, cover letter and the latest copy of your academic transcript (please submit all as one document). - You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
