We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing and lead nurturing who is ready to take charge of dynamic campaigns that contribute directly to business growth. **The opportunity** You’ll work in a dynamic team, collaborating with external digital marketing agencies and business development teams to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving lead generation through programmatic campaigns and content strategies that nurture prospects through the marketing funnel. If you’re a marketing generalist with a knack for lead nurturing and business development, and enjoy working on multi-channel campaigns, this role is for you. **What you’ll be working on** - **Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns** focusing on lead nurturing, engagement, and business development. - **Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies** to implement programmatic campaigns that elevate brand visibility and generate leads. - **Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies** using email marketing, content distribution, and remarketing efforts. - **Align marketing activities with business development goals**, contributing to lead generation and revenue opportunities. - **Analyse campaign performance**, report insights, and provide recommendations to improve ROI. - **Build and maintain relationships** with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and industry leaders to maximize campaign effectiveness. - **Provide mentorship to junior team members** and support the seamless execution of marketing activities. **We are looking for someone with** - **A passion for digital marketing**, with experience in lead nurturing and driving business development. - **Proven experience working with digital marketing agencies** to execute programmatic campaigns. - **Ability to pivot between different marketing disciplines**, from content creation to business development alignment. - **Strong leadership skills** and experience managing both internal and external partnerships. - **Commercial acumen** to evaluate lead quality and align marketing efforts with growth strategies. **Skills and Expertise** - 4+ years’ experience in marketing, communication, or PR, with a focus on digital marketing and lead nurturing. - Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or equivalent. - Experience in managing digital campaigns and collaborating with external agencies. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail. - Proficiency with marketing tools like Marketo, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and programmatic ad platforms.
