Because when they succeed they make a difference, and when millions of small businesses are making a difference, the world is a more beautiful place. **Engineering @ Xero** We're hiring for multiple positions across Xero, with a focus on two key areas: _Xero Product_, where you will work to continuously improve the features of Xero software; _Xero Platform_, where you'll build and maintain critical applications and services consumed by teams throughout Xero globally. We believe that a solid technical foundation and strong growth mindset are the keys to success in Software Engineering.
