**Position Overview:** As an Analyst in our Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Australia. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in Australia. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution - Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings - Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation - Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients - Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors - Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field - 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields - Strong financial modeling and valuation skills - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Fluency in English is a must
