About the Role

We are seeking a Consulting Services Manager to lead our customer projects from planning to implementation. As a key anchor driving success, you will oversee project execution, ensuring smooth integration and optimal utilization of our solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead new client implementation and expansion projects to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation for existing clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Lead a team of professionals, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Advise clients on process-related and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Solve customer inquiries by providing prompt and effective support.
  • Support the sales team through presentations and participation in sales events.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will require several years of professional experience in consulting or the ICT sector, along with a completed ICT education or a comparable qualification.

You should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to travel, and a self-driven approach to work. Strong teamwork and customer orientation are also essential.

A solution-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to analyze and implement complex requirements, is vital for this position.
