Music Industry Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social & Digital Strategy Manager to lead our global music initiatives across social media and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize social media channel strategies to drive engagement and boost performance on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch.
- Amplify Red Bull's music initiatives by identifying, testing, and implementing effective distribution, activation, and optimization plans.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to translate insights into practical guidelines and develop innovative ways to boost results in line with our global marketing vision.
- Establish strong relationships with Red Bull markets to evaluate local strategies and identify optimization potentials.
- Provide insightful guidance on social and digital plans related to music initiatives and empower markets around the world.
- 5+ years of experience delivering social media channel strategies across various platforms.
- Knowledge of the popular music landscape and experience working with it.
- Excellent knowledge of social media and digital media (SEO, optimization, analytics, etc.).
- Ability to present insights and guidance in a concise and meaningful way.
- Strong attention to detail, outstanding priority-setting abilities, fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Team-player and self-starter mentality with the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position.
