Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to join our team at Erste Group Bank AG. As a key member of our Customer Lifecycle Servicing and Solutions unit, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and continuously improving our processes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with customers, end users, product- and other process owners to define desired outcomes of each process improvement or digitalization.
• Act as a competent expert for complex inquiries towards our stakeholders from Customers, Business, and Service Providers.
• Ensure compliance of processes by conducting regular controls, reviews, and developing improvements to ensure adherence to the legal framework.
• Monitor technological developments and evaluate the potential impact on your processes.
• Be responsible for achieving defined targets (KPIs) for process improvements and digitalization.
• Contribute to the success and efficiency of processing units.
• Actively collect customer feedback to drive the re-design and enhancement of end-to-end processes.
• Create a strategic plan for your processes and ensure implementation considering all required components.

About You
You should have at least five years of background in the banking industry, in process improvement, or operations/sales, with a strong focus on corporate customers. Exceptional knowledge and understanding of corporate customer needs, KYC, account management, product setup, and legal requirements are essential. You're customer-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and can present complex topics in an understandable way to different stakeholders. Self-accountability, solution-orientedness, and a hands-on mindset are also crucial for this role.

Your Background
• Strong knowledge of corporate customer needs, KYC, account management, product setup, and legal requirements.
• At least five years of experience in the banking industry, process improvement, or operations/sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in an intercultural and diverse environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow technology trends and identify practical improvements.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
