About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager with UI/UX experience to join our innovative team at Journi GmbH, a leading provider of photo and print apps. As a key player in product innovation and user experience, you will be responsible for guiding an interdisciplinary product team, developing new features and improving existing ones based on customer problems, market research, and data.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop and launch new products and features that meet the needs of our 6 million users worldwide.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and data to inform product development decisions.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and technology.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our competitors and market landscape.
  • Maintain a 'big picture' perspective while managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
  • University degree in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or similar field.
  • 4+ years of work experience in digital product management or UI/UX design.
  • Proven track record of successful design projects and/or apps/products developed (portfolio required).
  • Mastery of design and management tools such as Asana, Confluence, Amplitude, and Figma.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
What We Offer

A competitive yearly gross salary of €55,800, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a range of benefits including public transport card, health insurance, pension fund, in-house yoga classes, German language classes, and access to premium language learning app.

Additionally, we offer daily lunch vouchers, a fully functional kitchen in our office, 25 vacation days per year, public holidays, and an additional vacation day per year after one year of employment. We also provide a personal development budget of €2,000 per employee per year and support team activities, annual team trips, get-togethers, and digital events.
