Video Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Marketing Specialist to join our team at tubics. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting brands on their YouTube and video marketing strategies.
Your primary responsibility will be to optimize YouTube video content for search for our customers, providing hands-on support regarding YouTube growth, video marketing, and video production.
- Analyze trending topics on YouTube to identify opportunities for our clients
- Develop and deliver workshops for customers to enhance their video marketing skills
- Optimize client's YouTube videos to improve their visibility and engagement
- Prepare performance reports to track the success of our clients' video marketing campaigns
- Manage organic video campaigns to ensure maximum reach and impact
- Collaborate closely with our CEO, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in SEO, video marketing, and digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and an agile approach to problem-solving
We are looking for a team player who is passionate about YouTube and video marketing, with a fast and motivated learning approach. Fluency in German and English is a must, and any additional language skills are a plus.
