About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Tractive. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall security strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Tractive's overall security strategy
- Manage company-wide security policies and guidelines
- Participate in the Incident Response Team and lead in case of incidents or reports from ethical hackers
- Plan, support, and participate in penetration tests
- Coordinate a functioning vulnerability and patch management system
- Collaborate with the software development team to strengthen our products' security posture

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT security
- Knowledge of current IT security technologies, standards, and methods
- Experience in several relevant security domains
- Certifications in the security context are a plus
- Very good English skills
- Valid Austrian work permit
