ESG Reporting and Sustainability Expert

We are seeking an ESG Reporting and Sustainability Expert to support our efforts in adhering to international environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting standards.
About the Role- Collect and audit non-financial data, ensuring compliance with evolving ESG regulations like the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Produce insightful reports that align with our sustainability goals, helping the company track performance and identify new sustainability opportunities.
This position plays a vital role in contributing to a circular business model, working closely with various departments to provide necessary data and insights for regulatory submissions.
About You- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Accounting & Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience in ESG reporting will also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, financial reporting or financial / non-financial auditing within an international organization, with a focus on preparing and drafting the ESG sections of the Annual Report.
- Working knowledge of CSRD reporting requirements, ESRS standards, EU Taxonomy, and associated metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle large quantitative and qualitative datasets effectively.
- Experience in engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- English and German communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear and understandable reports and presentations.
