Data Insights Strategist

At Tractive, we're on the hunt for a seasoned Data Analytics Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team of data analysts and engineers.

This is a leadership position that requires advanced knowledge of SQL, experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift), and expertise with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker). You should also have a solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, and data quality practices.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who can inspire and guide their team while remaining hands-on and approachable. They will be excited to work in Austria alongside an outstanding team and bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility.

1. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers
2. Oversee the development and optimization of data analyses focused on essential business functions
3. Supervise the design and creation of comprehensive reports and dashboards
4. Analyze results, recommend actions, and support company-wide decisions
5. Ensure data preparation and cleaning processes are in place

We offer a competitive salary, starting at 60,000 EUR per year (annual gross) for a full-time position. This comes with a unique benefit package: a 4-day workweek with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, your salary will be considerably higher.
