About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Expert to contribute to our international strategy by exploring opportunities for growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market analyses, driving M&A projects from initiation to closing, and developing standardized processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
  • Drive M&A projects from initiation to closing, including due diligence and valuation
  • Develop and standardize M&A processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape long-term strategies and drive business growth
  • Review and develop business plans aligned with strategic initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the financial industry, consulting, or M&A sector
  • Experience working in an international environment or with international teams is an advantage
  • Initial experience in performance management or controlling is preferred
