Your primary responsibility will be to manage our real estate portfolio, with a strong emphasis on rental management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify key properties that align with projected user requirements across the DACH and CEE regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and agents.
- Lead negotiations for Heads of Terms and Lease Agreements.
- Manage the entire leasing process from initiation to completion.
- Perform comprehensive analyses and evaluations of lease agreements during Due Diligence phases.
Qualifications:
- Completion of commercial education or a relevant degree in the field.
- A minimum of 5 years of international experience in the real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
