Your Responsibilities

As a System Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for IT process automation and data synchronization. Your primary focus will be on internal use cases, with occasional collaborations with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop integration solutions for IT process automation and data synchronization.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise architecture team, key users, and technology teams to understand integration requirements.
  • Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of existing integrations.
  • Customize and configure tools to meet operational needs.
  • Deploy Observability Tools like Loki, Promtail, and Grafana.
  • Perform system integration testing to identify and resolve issues.
  • Document integration processes, protocols, and mappings.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to proactively address potential issues.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in integration development. Your expertise in CI/CD processes, particularly with Gitlab and Kubernetes (AKS), will be highly valued. Familiarity with observability tools and experience with Jira Service Management for automation and user management will also be considered.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in integration development, with experience with Snaplogic being an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD processes, especially with Gitlab and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Loki, Promtail, and Grafana.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management for automation and user management.
  • Strong understanding of IT process automation and data synchronization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English, German, or Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
