Channel Management Director

We are Magenta Telekom, a leading provider of internet, mobile communications, entertainment and business solutions in Austria.

As Channel Management Director, you will lead and inspire a team of around 30 people, shape together with your team the channel strategy and develop a comprehensive omnichannel approach.

You will analyze channel performance with a focus on commercial and financial KPIs, and initiate improvement measures. Your responsibilities will include setting targets, commissions, and incentives for the channels, while managing the corresponding budgets.

In addition, you will oversee product and business ownership of CRM, Sales, and Servicing tools; design and improve sales and servicing processes.

You will also ensure product and campaign launches, manage communication to channels, and support B2C projects and processes.

This role requires several years of leadership experience in the telecommunication industry, as well as expertise in project and process management and excellent communication skills.

You should be able to lead the transition from strategy to operational execution and engage all relevant stakeholders.
