About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Merchandise Planner to join our team at Wolford AG. As a key member of our Merchandise Planning & Allocation department, you will play a crucial role in driving our inventory targets and executing pre-season planning and in-season merchandising in alignment with our global allocation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the budgeting process and financial plan for our Seasonals and Essentials
  • Support the Buying-process in cooperation with our Head of Merchandising, Regional Buyers, and Demand Planning
  • Plan the initial allocation of the Seasonals per store
  • Review the current season performance and recommend actions to optimize sales
  • Conduct global in-season analysis to reach our end-season stock and sales goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in a retail environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets into meaningful insights
  • Accurate working style with a clear eye on details
  • Outstanding communication skills on all levels
