Join us at the Green Recruitment Company as a site manager and take on the challenge of leading our photovoltaic and battery storage projects in Austria. As a key figure in our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire construction process, from planning to completion, ensuring that all work is carried out with precision and adherence to specifications.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will coordinate and harmonize all trades involved in close collaboration with customers, authorities, external service providers, and internal specialist departments

  • You will monitor the construction site to ensure timely completion and quality assurance

  • You will ensure compliance with all construction requirements and service specifications

  • You will implement quality management on the construction site to maintain our high standards

  • You will conduct acceptance tests with subcontractors and customers to guarantee satisfaction for all parties involved

About You:
  • You hold successfully completed studies in civil engineering or electrical engineering, alternatively training with further education in electrical engineering or civil engineering

  • You possess at least two years of professional experience as a site manager, preferably for photovoltaic systems

  • You have advanced knowledge of costing, VOB, execution planning, contracting, and construction work

  • Knowledge of electrical engineering is beneficial

  • You have basic training in occupational safety

  • You possess very good knowledge of German and English

  • You exhibit strong communication skills and assertiveness

  • You are capable of working independently and structuredly

  • You have good organisational skills

  • You have a high willingness to travel within Austria to client sites
