Job Title: Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Villach, Austria. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Manufacturing department by providing financial planning, analysis, and accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Support the development and implementation of financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis and planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP R3/FI-CO and Business Warehouse
  • Knowledge of database and workflow systems
