Supporting the Group Legal Team

We are looking for a passionate and highly organized Assistant to the Head of Group Legal on a part-time basis to support our motivated Group Legal Team at our headquarters in Vienna. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our management team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will support our MM Group Legal Department in all organizational and administrative matters.
  • You will coordinate and manage different appointments.
  • You will be responsible for Group Legal's internal electronic filing system and the group-wide contract & document management system.
About You

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Completed your commercial training, preferably with a Matura degree.
  • Gained experience in the secretariat of a law firm, legal or finance department or as an assistant to the management in an international organisation.
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
