Estimated SalaryWe offer a competitive salary based on the Austrian metal industry collective agreement, which includes a minimum yearly gross salary of EUR 50,180 for full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team in Austria. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from around the world.
You will partner with hiring managers to define search strategies, publish job postings, and fill senior-level positions across various business areas. Your expertise in researching new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting will be invaluable in identifying and engaging with top candidates.
In close collaboration with our Recruiters from GBS Bulgaria, you will source candidates and implement internal candidate pools to promote career options within the company. You will also execute the global standard recruiting process using SuccessFactors, ensuring all parties are trained accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably with international exposure
- Excellent English and German language skills; additional languages are an asset
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships and build strong partnerships
- Strong communication and advertising skills, particularly with social media
- Oustanding interviewing and diagnostic skills
- Structured thinking and ability to create innovative concepts and strategies
- International mindset and intercultural skills
- Open to change and willing to adapt to evolving circumstances
