Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Commercial Real Estate division as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will assist in handling our real estate financing portfolio, preparing reports, and analyzing specific real estate projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of our real estate financing portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on portfolio performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the sales team in preparing applications for decision-making bodies.
  • Conduct research and analysis on specific real estate projects, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Your Background
  • Currently enrolled in a University or University of Applied Sciences with a focus on Real Estate.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, with German and/or a CEE language a plus.
