Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kosmetiker/In to join our team at Das Alpenwelt Resort. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various cosmetic and wellness treatments, including manicures and pedicures, and apply wellness packages.
  • Work actively at the wellness reception, handling consultations, sales, and quality control of our spa products and tea wellness buffet.
  • Focus on successful sales and customer consultation.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cosmetic area.
  • Be the point of contact for international guests and provide assistance as needed.
  • Support the spa reception team with various tasks.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a Kosmetiker/In and several years of experience in the field.
  • High level of responsibility, quality awareness, and excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoy working with guests and have a pleasant appearance and demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
