Salary
A competitive gross annual salary starting from EUR 80,000, all-in, reflects the value we place on your expertise and contributions to our team.
Job Description
You will drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions in a cross-functional scrum team. As a mentor and coach, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that our software solutions are scalable and maintainable, strongly emphasizing the .NET ecosystem and Azure cloud.
Collaborating closely with product owners, stakeholders, and team members, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with industry standards, best practices, and our organization's architectural guidelines and strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in software solution architecture, with a strong focus on .NET, C#, and modern development practices. Knowledge of TypeScript and its application in front-end frameworks will also be appreciated.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a software development team in an agile/scrum environment is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams, are also required.
A solid understanding of CRM systems, with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 being highly desirable, will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
