Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Merchandise Planner to join our team at Wolford AG. As a key member of our Merchandise Planning & Allocation department, you will play a crucial role in driving our inventory targets and executing our global allocation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pre-season planning and in-season merchandising strategies to optimize sales and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Buying team to drive the budgeting process and financial planning for seasonal and essential products.
• Support the Head of Merchandising in reviewing current season performance and recommending actions to optimize sales.
• Analyze global in-season data to identify trends and opportunities to reach end-season stock and sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a retail environment, preferably in a planning or analytical role.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and provide meaningful insights.
• Accurate working style with a clear eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
