Senior Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our international brand development efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2C marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing and building high-performing teams. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with agency partners, and managing stakeholder engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of marketers, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing outputs and measure performance
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, investors, partners, and intermediaries
• Oversee the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies and marketing automation initiatives

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent degree in marketing or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a global organization
• Strong understanding of social media and its applications in a professional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Ability to think strategically and commercially, with a results-driven approach
